   Curtains made of special fabrics;
   Curtains that have been used or laundered;
   Items on clearance, on sale, or marked “non-returnable.”
2. Exchange Policy
   Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
   Exchanges are limited to the same product with a different color, size, or fabric.
   If you wish to exchange for a different product, you must first return the product and place a new order.
3. Return and Exchange Process

   We will provide a return address and a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs (free return labels are provided for returns due to quality issues).
